We heard you say that dependable and timely service is paramount to you. Therefore, we do not allot a block of time as to when you will receive service. A mutually prearranged time is scheduled and you can expect punctuality for that alloted time. Quite simply, we work around your schedule.

 

We heard you say that consistency is key. And so we work to provide you with the same nurse, care-aide, or housekeeper at each visit so that trust, continuity of service, and a bond can occur. We strive to ensure that a compatible match is made between our staff and clients. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with that match, accommodations will be made for you.

 

We heard you say that the time you pay for should be the time you receive. When you pay for an hour's service, Mid-Island Home Support gives you an hour of quality service.

We do not remove any client paid time for transportation to and from our clients' homes.
